Donald R. Gitto recently has joined the Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance representing insurance companies, corporations, general counsel, risk managers, claims adjusters and attorneys.

David presented "New York State Workers' Compensation Overview and Implications of 2007 Reform Legislation" on November 12, 2009 to the New York Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
John H.Snyder is teaching Criminal Jurisprudence at Utica College where he is an adjunct professor. John spoke on Basic Workers’ Compensation in New York at the State Bar Association annual meeting in New York City on January 28, 2010. He is currently serving as the Secretary of the Workers’ Compensation Law Division of the NY State Bar Association. John recently published an article, "Workers' Compensation: Take a Second Look" in the NYSBA, The Senior Lawyer, Spring 2010, Vol 2, No 1, pp 12-15.
Jason M. Carlton addressed the New York State Occupational Health Nurses State Conference on September 17 in Watkins Glen. He presented on SLOU v. Classification. He also spoke at an Industrial Advisory Committee meeting at Guthrie Healthcare on October 8.
Joshua M. Luce was recently elected to be the Young Lawyers Division liaison to the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York Bar Association.
